Shipping Information
Shipping and Handling
All in-stock orders are normally shipped within 1-2 days from our warehouses. Back orders or special orders will be shipped when they arrive, or drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Although we try our best to estimate shipping times for backordered products, we cannot guarantee a particular shipping date. Rest assured we will get your product to you as soon as it is available from the manufacturer.
Domestic Orders
Ground Shipping
We ship all merchandise by UPS ground at standardized rates, which will be shown at checkout time. We ship all packages as signature-required. Please be sure that someone will be available to sign for your delivery.
Free Shipping Offer
Eboniste offers free shipping for lighting products. Simply add them to the shopping cart -- shipping charges will not be added. Free shipping offer only applies to products which are sent via standard ground small package shipping.
White-Glove Shipping
Certain larger items may only be available for transit via our White-glove delivery service. Such items will be assessed a $300 base fee plus $65 per item. Orders which contain a mixture of items requiring white-glove service and those that don't will be split so that those that do not will be shipped at normal small-package shipping rates.
International Orders
We are currently unable to quote international shipping prices online. Please contact us for international orders.
Changes to Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are subject to change on a daily basis. White-glove shipping rates are subject to a Fuel Adjustment Factor and are highly volatile. Quoted small-package shipping rates are dependent on the destination zip code and will be recalculated if you change your delivery address. In the event we need to adjust your shipping rates, you will be contacted via email explaining any such changes.
Returns
All returns are at your own cost, and will not be arranged by Eboniste. Shipping rates will not be refunded in the event of a return. If you return an item that was shipped to you at a discounted or free shipping rate, this rate will be cancelled and our regular shipping rate will be assessed.
